Hi! I am Reanna. I work with adults, families, couples and children navigating anxiety disorders, AD/HD, relationship stress, and life transitions. I specialize in anxiety disorders and families with children. I create a fun, calm environment that is suited to encourage exploration and learning. My approach is warm, yet challenging at times.
I am an easy going but will also hold you accountable and be direct. I look at the whole person as well as external situations and environments. I am here to meet you where you are at with warmth and understanding.
My focus is anxiety disorders and families with children. I use Child Centered Play Therapy when working with children.
My intention is to create a space with free flowing conversation to explore difficulties with accountability and free form judgment.
