Great to meet you!

I want my clients to know that therapy with me is a judgment-free zone where you can say the thing you think is “too much,” “too weird,” or “probably not okay to admit out loud.” I’ve heard a lot, I can handle a lot, and I’m not easily shaken. I’m here to help you understand your patterns, break the cycles that aren’t serving you, and build a life that actually feels good—not just one that looks good on paper. Also, I will absolutely celebrate your wins and call you out (respectfully) when you’re getting in your own way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is real, collaborative, and focused on actual change. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT, but I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. I’ll meet you where you are, help you understand your patterns, and gently (and sometimes directly) challenge the ones that are keeping you stuck. Therapy with me isn’t just venting—it’s about gaining insight, building skills, and making shifts that carry into your real life.

What you can expect from me

First sessions can feel a little awkward—I get it. My goal is to make it feel as comfortable and natural as possible. We’ll talk about what’s been going on in your life, what’s been weighing on you, and what you want to be different. I’ll guide the conversation, ask questions, and start identifying patterns, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once. You can show up exactly as you are—nervous, unsure, talkative, quiet—I can work with all of it.
