Great to meet you!

You may be feeling disconnected from yourself, stuck in painful relationship patterns, weighed down by family expectations, or overwhelmed by the pace of life. Therapy can be a place to slow down, better understand what you are carrying, and reconnect with your emotions, values, relationships, and, if it is meaningful to you, your spiritual life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, systemic, and spiritually integrated. I believe healing happens through relationship with ourselves, with others, and often with something larger than ourselves. Spirituality is approached with curiosity, humility, and respect for your own traditions, questions, and lived experience.

Spirituality is never assumed or imposed. Some clients come to therapy because faith has been a source of strength; others because it has been a source of pain. Some don’t identify as spiritual at all but find themselves asking questions about meaning, purpose, or belonging. All are welcome.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know one another. I’ll spend most of the time listening and learning about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping will be different, and what has been getting in the way. We’ll explore your goals, answer any questions you have about the therapy process, and begin developing a shared understanding of how we can work together. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of the path forward.
