Rebeca Massey

My name is Rebeca Massey and I am a Licenced Clinical Social Worker. I recieved my Master's degree in Social Work from 'Our Lady of the Lake University' in San Antonio. I completed my supervised practice through Texas Children's Hospital - 'The Women's Place Center' for Reproductive Psychiatry.

My specializations includes a mixture of different types of therapy. These include 'Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT)', 'Mindfulness-based therapy', and 'Person-centered therapy'. Though each one of these practices have different strengths, they also meld together well to provide an overall support to my clients.

To be able to open up to someone about what you are going through is no easy task. Through out my practice I have learned how to meet my clients where they are with genuine interest and respect for their story. My heart is to help you walk through your journey through empathy, active listening, and trustworthiness.
