Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist in Colorado who works with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals, trauma survivors, and people navigating anxiety, depression, chronic pain, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. I offer affirming, trauma-informed care that makes space for your identity, lived experience, and the parts of yourself you may have felt misunderstood or judged for. I especially enjoy helping clients develop self-acceptance, communicate their needs, build healthier relationships, and recognize their strengths. I also support clients exploring sexuality and non-traditional relationships, recovery from addiction, and mood-related challenges. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected while creating meaningful change that fits who you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. I’ll work with you to understand what you’re experiencing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical ways to move forward. I draw from evidence-based approaches while tailoring therapy to your needs, values, identity, and goals rather than using a one-size-fits-all formula. Whether we’re working through trauma, anxiety, relationships, identity, or major life changes, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest, understood, and accepted. Together, we’ll build greater self-compassion, resilience, and confidence in navigating your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to slow down, get to know each other, and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what you hope will change, and what you need from therapy to feel supported. You’ll have space to share as much or as little as feels comfortable, and I’ll answer questions about my approach along the way. I don’t expect you to have everything figured out before we begin. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can show up as yourself and feel genuinely heard. From there, we’ll work together to identify meaningful goals and determine how I can best support you.
