Great to meet you!

Hi there, so glad you’re here! I have been a clinical therapist for 9 years and most often work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and major life changes. In other words, I help people work through thoughts and feelings that can interrupt their day-to-day life. This can also look like learning how to set and maintain boundaries, increasing self-esteem, improving your communication skills, or just hoping to have additional support and validation through whatever life may bring.

My approach to therapy

My clinical background was rooted in experiential and adventure therapy while working at a nonprofit agency. Following that, I spent a number of years in private practice working to combine my experiential knowledge with more traditional approaches. From there I honed my clinical skills in an outpatient hospital setting before returning to private practice!

What you can expect from me

Everybody's needs are different and I love finding a balance between interventions to see what best suits you, at this time.

Whether you are looking for additional outside support, help to improve communication, or developing new coping and task management skills, we will work together to develop an approachable plan that will help you achieve the outcomes you are here for.
