Great to meet you!

I believe the most fulfilling lives are the ones we are intentional in building. I provide a safe and warm atmosphere where clients can explore individual needs, desires, and challenges to living a life of fulfillment and purpose.

I am a military veteran and former educator with experience working with adolescents/teens, veterans, and families. I utilize person centered and evidence based approaches to help clients overcome barriers to change and navigate life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a strengths based approach where I partner with clients to help identify strengths, values, and resources they already have within them that we can build on to help work through road blocks and challenges to reaching their goals. My goal is to empower my clients to make lasting change and build skills to navigate difficult situations in the future.

What you can expect from me

Entering therapy can be an intimidating process. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where I partner with clients to help explore their emotions and challenges. We will build mindfulness based coping skills to manage stress/anxiety/depression, as well as to develop healthy boundaries and balance in life. I enjoy using holistic approaches based on each individuals strengths and interests in the therapeutic relationship.
