Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Rebecca. I believe every story deserves to be heard with honor and without judgment.

As a mixed-race therapist and member of the Wampanoag Tribe, I understand how deeply our identities shape our journey. Seeking help is an act of profound courage, and you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. With over 20 years of experience, I offer a space rooted in warmth, respect, and a touch of humor. Whether you are navigating depression or exploring your identity, we will work together to find a path that feels authentic and empowering for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but my priority is always the human being in front of me. I provide a culturally affirming, non-judgmental environment where you can push back against negative thoughts. I specialize in supporting people of color and individuals navigating complex family or racial identities, but I welcome all.

What you can expect from me

You are the expert of your own life; I am here as your supportive partner. From our first chat, you’ll find a soft place to land and a safe space to heal. I work with adults of all ages (18–99) to build resilience and rediscover their inner strength. I invite you to reach out for a free consultation, I would be honored to listen.
