I received my PhD from Illinois State University in 2002. I am a clinician with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in treating clients struggling with mood disorders, depression, anxiety, OCD, bereavement, adjustment issues, and neurodiversity.
I utilize a variety of treatment modalities including: cognitive behavioral interventions, mindfulness training, supportive counseling, and relaxation training.
