Great to meet you!

Life is really difficult and it can be so helpful to have some help and support along the way. I love helping people discover their own unique potential and help them navigate relationships. I have been working in this field over 20 years. I specialize in grief and loss and infertility and pregnancy loss as well as depression, anxiety and general life stress. I want to learn what your goals are and help you meet them.

My approach to therapy

I want to meet you where you are and help you improve the areas of your life that you want to. I use attachment theory and Acceptance and Commitment Theory. I am open and accepting but I do challenge my clients. I do address faith and spiritual issues if it is wanted.

What you can expect from me

I try to create a warm and relaxing office atmosphere. I work very hard to help you identify relationship and behavior patterns that are maladaptive and teach you healthier patterns of relating and living. I do not currently work with couples in couples therapy.
