Great to meet you!

You’re a sensitive, empathic, and motivated woman. Lately, you feel lost and numb, and wonder if you will ever feel better. You thought you were ok, but past experiences have reappeared. Anxiety and sadness have crept in. No one can tell because you hold it all together. Faking a smile, scrolling, avoiding, or withdrawing isn’t helping anymore. You’re exhausted, and you’ve shut down. You want to feel confident, less shame and self-doubt, and no longer feel the past is in control.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Using a gentle approach, I help women heal from the past and repair old attachment wounds. You’ll learn to release people pleasing tendencies, break relationship patterns that hurt you, set boundaries without confrontation, manage anxiety, end the sadness, and realize your worth. Gaining insight can help you see, know, and love yourself in new ways.

What you can expect from our first session

I hold a safe space, where the focus is on you and getting to the root of your concerns. Using proven techniques that actually work, you can experience inner strength and develop brand new insights. If you’re ready to move away from trauma and anxiety, and towards healing and peace, schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation with me.
