Great to meet you!

Hi, nice to meet you! I am a licensed mental health clinician with over 4 years experience working in community mental health. I have experience working with folks of all ages from diverse backgrounds. I have particular experience working with adolescents and teens navigating anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

My style is a combination of methods all rooted in the ethics of Narrative Therapy. I take a non-pathologizing and decentered stance that views people as separate from problems and understands that they are responding to dominant narratives and oppression that impact their lives and relationships.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a space that is strengths based, person centered, and collaborative to support you in identifying your values and goals. Each session will be focused around what feels most supportive for you in the moment and working toward understanding your preferred story about yourself.
