Great to meet you!

If you are dealing with chronic health issues, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed with negative thoughts, you don't have to suffer alone. Living with problems that are invisible and often misunderstood by others can make them even more painful and isolating. I can help you navigate these experiences in a warm and welcoming environment where you will feel seen and understood.

My approach to therapy

I use techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Mindfulness to help explore patterns that began when you were very young and may now be holding you back. Together, we can create a new lens to see your experiences and the world through. My approach builds on your strengths and helps you feel empowered to take the next steps.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you to always feel safe and supported. In our sessions, you will be able to express yourself honestly, gain insight into your behavior, and develop the skills you need to face life's challenges. Change is possible.
