Great to meet you!

In addition to being a LMHC in the state of NY, I'm also just a human gal navigating life alongside 2 doodles and a cat; creating and interacting with nature plays an important role in my life, but before you think I'm just a calm collected artist haunting the woods mysteriously, I'm also known for sitting on a comfy chair for way too long, re-watching the same shows from the early 2000s, and collecting copious amounts of craft and art supplies that I swear I will use someday.

My approach to therapy

I believe in the power of connection as a strong motivator for change and healing. In addition to nurturing this connection, it is important to me to provide safe spaces for individuals and groups to process their experiences in all of their intersecting identities. I use a trauma-informed, person-centered approach that utilizes behavioral theories, narrative theory, somatic exercises, motivational interviewing, and psycho-education to help others find empowerment to achieve their goals.

What you can expect from me

I work with folks navigating trauma, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, autism, and burnout — often after relationships, systems, or belief structures that felt more suffocating than supportive. Our work together won’t be about fixing you — it’ll be about making room for all of you. The messy, curious, unsure, brilliant parts included.
