Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Becky Benes and I look forward to meeting you.

My journey into the mental health field began with a passion for wanting to help others and I now have over ten years of experience in this industry providing direct client care. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Missouri. I obtained my Bachelor's in Social Work from Lindenwood University in 2013 and completed my Master's in Social Work from Saint Louis University in 2017.

My approach to therapy

I have experience working with individuals as they navigate grief and loss, family relationships, trauma, depression and anxiety. I use a combination of therapy modalities; such as Cognitive Processing therapy, Solution-Focused therapy and Cognitive Behavioral therapy to create a well-rounded approach to addressing your mental health needs.

What you can expect from me

I aim to help you uncover the tools within yourself to create meaningful change. Together, we will focus on your unique goals, working at a pace that feels comfortable to you.
