Great to meet you!

I'm a dual-licensed (CA/AZ) tele-health therapist based in Arizona with a master's in clinical psychology. With 10 years under my belt providing therapy across various inpatient and outpatient settings, I specialize in treating anxiety and mood-related disorders, trauma, developmental delays, and interpersonal issues. Whatever you may be struggling with, I'm here to listen and support you.

My approach to therapy

I frequently incorporate scientific, evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, and ERP with a blend of attachment theory, and family-systems. I additionally teach interpersonal effectiveness, parenting skills, and mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

By strengthening awareness and self-attunement, one can truly begin to become enlightened and embrace healing. In general, not only is it my goal to reduce suffering, but to teach skills to help you weather life’s challenges ultimately without therapeutic intervention.
