Great to meet you!

I am accepting new adult clients for couples and individual therapy. It takes a lot of bravery to embark on a therapeutic journey, and I am glad you are here. My name is Becca, and I would be honored to walk with you on this journey! I have completed Gottman Level 1 Training; and have a passion for working with couples and with clients in the queer community.

I prefer a collaborative and holistic approach to treatment, utilizing diverse techniques to help support your growth and progress on your goals.

My approach to therapy

I prefer to work collaboratively with you, building the best way forward together. Above all, I want you to feel safe, supported, and welcomed with me. Some of the challenges I have supported clients through are: interpersonal relationship issues, identity exploration and development, body image work, grief, trauma, anxiety, self-esteem needs, boundary setting and maintenance work, sexuality exploration and development, depression, ADHD, stress management, and more.

To support my couples in improving their relationship health I utilize Gottman techniques and resources. I also often use elements of Mindfulness, Narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems therapy, and Existential therapy in my day-to-day practice.

What you can expect from me

My first job as your therapist is to learn about you; your dreams, needs, relationships, challenges, and goals!

You teaching me about yourself is the best way for me to be helpful to you, and our first session is the best place to start this process. I can see you in person on Fridays and virtually any day of the week!
