I believe therapy should be both supportive and empowering—providing a safe space while equipping individuals with strategies to overcome barriers and strengthen resilience.
My clinical approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and Solution-Focused Therapy, along with other research-supported interventions, to help clients build insight, develop practical coping tools, and create meaningful, lasting change.
