Great to meet you!

I have a master’s degree with an LCSW and have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families for 30 years. My experience also includes working in hospitals and outreach in the community. Now, I am specializing in working with women and helping empower them to live their life to their fullest potential!

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy depends on the client. I start where they are. If they come to see me with problems causing depression or anxiety I would most likely approach with Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT). If they have experienced a recent Trauma or have been triggered by a past trauma, I may recommend using EMDR or trauma focused CBT or Strength Based Therapy. My goal is to use my experience to be able to provide the best approach for each individual client.

What you can expect from our first session

I love helping women find their way out of feeling helpless and lost. It's such a joy to see women find that inner strength within to empower themselves to achieve their goals. We often find ourselves drowning and in need of some assistance and I feel confident we can find a way to getting you to a healthier place.
