Great to meet you!

I’m Rebecca, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner (LSATP). I specialize in complex trauma, CPTSD, BPD, and substance use, and I work with adults who are dealing with patterns that keep showing up no matter how much insight they already have.

My approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy. Depending on what fits you, our work may include EMDR, DBT, IFS-informed work, body-based approaches, and sound healing. I don’t believe every person needs the same kind of therapy, so I tailor the work to the person in front of me.

A lot of my clients already understand themselves pretty well. They may know where their patterns came from and what they “should” do differently, but their nervous system, emotions, relationships, or coping behaviors still feel stuck in the same loop.

Therapy with me is direct, curious, and collaborative. We look at what’s underneath the reactions, shutdowns, relationship patterns, or substance use that keep repeating, and we work from there. You don’t have to show up with everything figured out. We can start with what’s happening now and make sense of it together.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in connection, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach - healing looks different for everyone. That’s why I pull from EMDR, DBT, and IFS, tailoring each session to what you need in the moment, whether that’s processing deep trauma, untangling overwhelming emotions, or just finding a sense of stability in the chaos.

More than anything, I want therapy to feel like a space where you can be real - where you don’t have to filter yourself or hold it all together. I believe in honest conversations, in meeting people where they are, and in walking alongside you as you build self-awareness, resilience, and trust in yourself. Healing isn’t always easy, but you don’t have to do it alone.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect therapy to feel like a conversation - one where they don’t have to hold back or filter themselves. My goal isn’t just to hand out coping skills but to help you make sense of what you’re feeling, why certain patterns keep showing up, and how to navigate life in a way that feels more authentic and manageable.

I want therapy to be a place where you feel safe enough to be honest - with yourself and with me. Over time, that honesty builds self-awareness, resilience, and the ability to handle life’s ups and downs with more confidence. It’s not about fixing yourself - it’s about understanding yourself and learning how to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
