Great to meet you!

If you’ve been struggling with feeling anxious, down, or disconnected, I’m glad you’re here. Making the choice to seek therapy is a brave one. I hope to create a supportive space in which you can feel seen and heard so that we can partner together to be curious about your challenges. My goal is for us to build skills, process your prior life experiences, and examine your values so that you can live a meaningful life. My style is warm, validating, and supportive.

My approach to therapy

I often work with people who have experienced trauma, depression, bipolar, anxiety, relationship stressors, substance use, and chronic health conditions. Many of my clients have a goal to process what they have been through, manage powerful emotions, and rebuild their lives and relationships.

What you can expect from me

I have advanced training to help clients who have experienced the problems mentioned above and are doing their best to cope. I offer various evidence-based treatments for trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and relationship problems, and substance use. Together, we can focus on building skills to make life feel more manageable and joyful.

Note: I am part of a team of psychologists that offer high-quality care to our clients (www.vcstherapy.com). The clinical director, Dr. Justin Litvin, will respond to all messages to coordinate the intake.
