I have a PhD from Columbia University, a certificate in clinical psychology from Adelphi University, and a certificate in psychoanalysis from the WA White Institute in NYC. I use whatever techniques I and the client think will work best. I use CBT, emotion-focused therapy, and also try to get at any unconscious factors.
