Rebecca DeHoff

I provide compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental support to clients in Virginia and Maryland. I am a LCSW and received a master’s degree from Salisbury University. I am enthusiastic about helping clients address their unique challenges and get back to living a more fulfilled life. I specialize in depression, anxiety, and self-esteem. Through virtual sessions I will create a safe space using evidence-based practices to focus and support with your goals.

I take a client-centered, collaborative approach focusing interventions on your unique individual needs and goals. I use a combination of evidenced-based techniques to create a safe space to work towards positive change. My sessions focus on active listening, empathy and empowering you to explore and grow.
