Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about helping people overcome barriers and achieve goals that are important to them! I strive to provide a safe and accepting environment for you to overcome barriers and achieve goals that are important to you. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community, substance use, anxiety, depression, negative self-esteem, stress, life transitions, and interpersonal issues.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a client-centered, strength-based, goal-directed approach. I borrow from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. I keep a holistic approach and work to identify the different systems in your life and how they interact.

What you can expect from me

We will work together to set goals, evaluate progress, identify barriers, and process underlying concerns. The therapeutic process is flexible and will be adjusted to meet your needs and wants.
