Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about helping people overcome barriers and achieve goals that are important to them! I strive to provide a safe and accepting environment for you to overcome barriers and achieve goals that are important to you. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community, substance use, anxiety, depression, negative self-esteem, stress, life transitions, and interpersonal issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a client-centered, strength-based, goal-directed approach. I borrow from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. I keep a holistic approach and work to identify the different systems in your life and how they interact.

What you can expect from our first session
