Great to meet you!

I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years, and have experience working with adults, children and families. I earned my Master's degree in 2023 in Clinical Psychology from Bridgewater State University. I have experience with many mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, PTSD, psychosis, and personality disorders. I love connecting with women and mothers and helping them to find their joy and peace.

My approach to therapy

As a mental health therapist, my job is to help you tap into your inner knowing. You are the expert on yourself, even if you don't realize it yet! I want to support you in defining what is important to you, what is getting in the way of that, and how you can overcome and persevere to live the life you create.

What you can expect from me

I prefer to use holistic approach when we first meet, so that I can get to know you as a person. After all, We are all just human beings, doing our best. We will talk about what brought you here, what you want to focus on, and make a plan together that aligns with your goals.
