Great to meet you!

I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Monmouth University and my Bachelor’s in Nutrition from Pennsylvania State University, with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. I’ve worked with children, adolescents, and young adults in a variety of settings, including group homes, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, as well as individual and group therapy. I truly love working with kids and teens and feel honored to support them during such important stages of growth—especially when life feels challenging or overwhelming. I also really enjoy working with young adults and adults, supporting them through ongoing life challenges and transitions.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and never judged. I use a trauma-informed, intersectional lens and incorporate mindfulness and psychoeducation to help you better understand yourself and build confidence. I believe therapy works best when we work together, so I’ll always value your voice and meet you where you are.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you at your own pace. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you’re hoping for, and any questions or concerns you might have. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—I want you to feel comfortable. Together, we’ll begin to build a connection and start mapping out what support could look like for you moving forward.
