Great to meet you!

I specialize in treating ADHD, trauma, relationship enhancement and strengthening, depression, and anxiety. I have experience working with individuals and couples who are navigating emotional overwhelm, communication challenges, and the lasting impact of difficult life experiences. My work focuses on helping clients better understand themselves, improve their relationships, and build practical skills that support long-term well-being.

I bring a compassionate, steady presence to the therapy space and believe in meeting each person where they are. Whether you are feeling stuck, disconnected, or simply ready for growth, my goal is to support you in building clarity, confidence, and resilience

My approach to therapy

My practice emphasizes empathetic, client-centered care, integrating humanistic principles with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support your journey toward improved mood and daily functioning. I believe that our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are deeply connected, and that with awareness and intentional skill-building, meaningful change is possible.

I partner with you throughout the process, creating a collaborative space where you feel safe to explore challenges and practice new strategies. I believe healing and growth happen through honesty, authenticity, and compassion. Together, we will work to identify patterns, strengthen coping skills, and foster emotional well-being in a way that feels sustainable and empowering.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will begin by getting to know one another and discussing what has brought you to therapy. I will ask questions to better understand your concerns, goals, and strengths, while also giving you space to share at your own pace.

I believe fostering positivity, empathy, open communication, and compassion is key to building strong, resilient individuals. By practicing patience, understanding, and offering unconditional positive regard, we create a safe environment where you can feel seen, heard, and valued. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling supported, understood, and confident about the work we will do together.
