I am a graduate of the Masters of Arts Program in Counseling at the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners and a National Certified Counselor through the NBCC.

My approach to therapy

I am a person centered therapist with specialties in depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. I see clients from ages 14 to 99. years old. I utilize various modalities to suit each clients unique needs and ideally have a collaborative relationship with clients in order to best help them meet their goals. Whether you are new to the process of therapy, returning to therapy, or looking for a new perspective, I am here to support you on your healing journey. I am straightforward and honest communicator with a foundation of compassion and empathy. I utilize my sense of humor as I believe that laughter is an integral part of healing.
