Great to meet you!

You’re functioning-but it’s taking everything you’ve got. Maybe you’re a student feeling overwhelmed and burned out, or an adult professional trying to keep up with constant demands while stress and past experiences are catching up with you. You don’t need more pressure - you need a way to feel more in control, focused, and steady in your day-to-day life. I work with students ages 11 and up and adults who are dealing with stress, burnout, anxiety, and the impact of difficult or traumatic experiences. Many of my clients are high-functioning and meeting expectations on the outside, but internally feel exhausted or stuck.

My approach is structured, practical, and supportive. I focus on helping you understand what’s driving your stress and burnout, while building tools you can use right away, whether that’s improving focus, managing anxiety, setting boundaries, processing past experiences that are still affecting you or managing vicarious trauma in your daily life or work.

My approach to therapy

I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR to help clients process past experiences, understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and create meaningful change. I also incorporate behavioral strategies and coping skills to support clients in managing stress, improving emotion regulation, and navigating everyday challenges. My goal is to create a supportive, goal-oriented space where clients feel empowered to build resilience, gain insight, and move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

In your first session you can expect to share information about what is bringing you to therapy and establish what you hope to accomplish through your therapy journey. You will also have opportunities to ask questions of me to ensure my therapeutic style is a good fit for your needs and expectations.
