I am a transracially and internationally adopted person working with community members to help them process their identities, experiences, and family history. I have over 7 years working with the adoptee community including as a program facilitator for a large agency in NYC. I also specialize in learning disabilities, LGBTQIA+ folks, and neurodivergence. I work with clients of all ages.

My approach to therapy

Talking and processing the seemingly small things in life to the bigger issues and understanding how it all connects to our views on yourselves and our behaviors.

What you can expect from me

My goal is a shared one with the client. Being able to process their own individual narratives and understand where they may fit in the world. I work on managing anxiety, depression, and healing trauma wounds.
