Great to meet you!

Whether your child has big feelings they cannot quite explain or you are a young adult overwhelmed by uncertainty in life, I am here to help make sense of whatever you may be facing. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure as to why they are experiencing intense emotions. Likewise, you may be unsure of what you need but can recognize that something is not working. Therapy gives us a place to untangle those internal knots and create space for clarity, growth, and healing. I am honored to be trusted as a part of that process.

My approach to therapy

I deeply believe in the power of human connection, and that pain, resilience, questions and hope can co-exist all at once. Therapy should be a space where you or your child can tap into that resilience, explore questions and find healing. My therapy toolbox includes play therapy, mindfulness, narrative work, and trauma informed approaches. While using evidence-based techniques, I always tailor my work to the unique person in front of me. We'll build trust together, and over time, things that once felt too big to handle will start to feel a little more manageable. Healing is not always linear and growth takes time, but you do not have to do it alone.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a leap into the unknown. Whether you are just beginning your healing process or you have experience in therapy, I understand it can bring up a mix of emotions such as hope, anxiety, or even doubt. If you're considering therapy, whether for yourself or your child, this is your sign to reach out today. You do not need to have the perfect words or a clear reason to start. Showing up as you are, is enough and just a call or text is enough to get going!
