Great to meet you!

Integrative Therapist who specializes working with young professionals who've overcome adversity & childhood trauma. Clients grow out of imposter syndrome and insecure attachments, into confident adults in secure relationships. We'll transform your fears into strengths, fostering authenticity, self-love, and empowerment for a fulfilling personal & professional life.

My approach to therapy

Biopsychology of Stress & Wellness Nerd Alert. My expertise is in the intersectionality of Psychoneuroendocrinology, Human Connection, Ethics and Culture. I help clients break the intergenerational trauma patterns that get in the way of a fulfilling life. I believe that to be a great therapist, I must practice what I teach, and so I personally engage in practices that aid me in living my best life. This includes meditation, yoga, dance, ice baths, saunas, breathwork, art, volunteering, being in nature and being invested in my community and personal relationships. I know what it's like to persevere to overcome adversity in life and love helping others who have done the same to reconnect to the love & light within themselves.

What you can expect from me

As a compassion driven, direct communicator, I will teach what I know, model interventions for us to practice together, and base all of our work together on your unique needs and goals. Our work starts with addressing current fears and challenges; which may lead to discussing painful experiences from your past that have impacted you or learning new skills that create healthy habits that help you towards your goals. An integrative approach includes teaching practical skills, deepening your knowledge of inner world, and developing a heightened sense of your body's strengths and wisdom. Through this process, my clients find themselves feeling grounded, confident, and fulfilled in their relationships and work.
