Great to meet you!

I’m a trauma-informed mental health counselor and resiliency coach with more than eight years of experience supporting clients through healing, growth, and self-understanding. My background includes roles as a mental health counselor, integrative somatic trauma therapist, attachment coach, and expressive arts coach.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, integrative, and centered on helping clients feel safe, understood, and empowered in the therapy process. I integrate evidence-based approaches—including EMDR, DBT skills, mindfulness, expressive arts, and somatic therapies—to help clients process difficult experiences and develop practical tools for everyday life. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to be themselves while gently encouraging insight, growth, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a relaxed, supportive environment. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and identify strengths as well as the challenges you're facing. Together, we'll begin developing a plan that feels personalized and achievable so you leave with a clear sense of direction and hope for the work ahead. My goal is to help clients better understand their experiences, strengthen their capacity to cope, build resilience, and feel more connected to themselves in everyday life.
