I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background as a School Counselor, bringing over 15 years of experience supporting adolescents and young adults. Working with this age group has long been a passion of mine, and I am committed to helping them navigate life’s challenges and achieve personal growth.
We will explore your thoughts and beliefs leading to your current and past situations. This will be accomplished using Cognitive Behavior Therapy and/or Solution Focused Therapy.
I work to develop age appropriate treatment plans and overall goals that guide clients to reach their fullest potential towards positive life changes. Together we will work together through underlying issues, set goals, and move toward positive adjustments.
