Great to meet you!

I am a marriage and family therapist with over 13 years of experience in the mental health field, and I truly love the work I get to do. I support individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and young adults navigating relationship issues, family conflict, anxiety, depression, stress, identity concerns, life transitions, and challenges with communication or connection. I also have experience working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and strive to provide an affirming, respectful, and supportive space where clients feel safe being fully themselves. Mental health and emotional well-being are passions of mine, and my goal is to help clients feel understood, supported, and more confident as they move toward growth and change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is solution-focused, strengths-based, collaborative, and respectful. I believe clients already carry strengths, insight, and resilience, and therapy can help bring those forward in ways that create real change. In session, we may work on improving communication, understanding relationship patterns, building coping skills, strengthening emotional awareness, setting goals, navigating family dynamics, and identifying practical steps toward healthier relationships and personal growth. Whether I am working with an individual, couple, family, adolescent, young adult, or LGBTQIA+ client, I aim to create an open and comfortable space where you feel supported while also gaining skills that help you move forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will take time to get to know you and understand what life looks like for you right now. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what has been feeling difficult, and what you hope will change through our work together. This may include relationship issues, family conflict, anxiety, depression, stress, communication challenges, identity concerns, or a major life transition. You will also have space to ask questions and get a sense of how therapy with me works. Together, we will begin creating goals for this new journey in a way that feels collaborative, realistic, and supportive.
