Great to meet you!
I am a Christian, a wife, and a mother. My husband and I work together to provide for our family in this increasingly difficult economy. For me, being a counselor has been and will always be more about getting people the help they need than about the money. I am working towards a certification in Biblical counseling. I have a masters degree in Christian Counseling, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. During my educational years, I volunteered at a Hospice organization and pursued my internship at a private practice just prior to and during COVID. Due to the pandemic, I had to pursue another counseling job to finish my associate hours for my licensure. Once it was completed, I have continued to work at both sites, which allows me to continue working with low-income clients. Throughout my career, I have worked with a variety of issues, focusing mainly on depression, anxiety, anger, and relationship issues.
