Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Rebecca, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey. I believe that mental health is the foundation of overall wellness and plays a vital role in helping us thrive in every area of life. I view therapy as a space for growth and self-discovery—one where anyone can take steps toward bettering themselves, even when the timing doesn’t feel perfect. There’s never a “right” time to start, only a meaningful choice to start where you are.

My approach to therapy

In my work, I believe therapy should feel like a collaboration—not a lecture. Together, we explore what works best for you and find solutions that fit your life, your strengths, and your goals. Every person is unique, and so is the path to healing. I don’t see my role as a disciplinarian, but as a partner in the process—someone to walk alongside you as you grow. At the core of my approach is the belief that every person has value simply because they are human.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know each other and beginning to build a comfortable, trusting relationship. We’ll talk a bit about what brings you to therapy, explore some of your history, and discuss what you’d like to focus on moving forward. It’s a chance for you to share at your own pace and for us to start shaping a plan that feels right for you.
