Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without pressure, judgment, or the need to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where we can explore what’s been weighing on you and build a path forward that feels both meaningful and manageable.

I work with individuals across South Carolina navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and stress. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for more clarity, I’m here to help you better understand your patterns, strengthen your coping tools, and reconnect with your sense of self.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, practical, and tailored to you. I often integrate evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies, while always meeting you at your pace. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you feel more grounded, confident, and aligned in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

I offer telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients throughout South Carolina. If you’re ready to get started, I’d be honored to support you.
