Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m a licensed therapist with a Master’s in Social Work and six years of experience supporting children, teens, and young adults. I believe that many of the challenges we face, like anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck, often have roots in early unresolved stress or trauma.

My approach to therapy

My approach is all about creating a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard and supported as we work together to uncover and heal those deeper wounds. I am rooted in attachment-based theory and person-centered in my style, using a mix of trauma-informed approaches including play and art-based interventions, as well as EMDR.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're working through overwhelming emotions, trying to understand yourself more deeply, or simply need someone to hold space, I’m here to walk alongside you.
