Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I provide a compassionate and inclusive space for individuals navigating life’s complexities. I specialize in treating a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD. I also support clients through major life transitions such as divorce, career changes, and shifting family dynamics.

A significant part of my work includes helping individuals heal from religious trauma and explore faith deconstruction in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. Whether you're questioning long-held beliefs or recovering from spiritual abuse, I am here to help you process and reclaim your sense of self.

I incorporate intuitive eating principles and offer boundary coaching to help clients reconnect with their bodies, values, and inner wisdom. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and inclusive—I enjoy working with clients of all backgrounds and identities.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or in the midst of deep transition, I’m here to support you with tools, insight, and care.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach integrates nervous system regulation, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to support deep, sustainable change. I believe in meeting clients where they are, honoring their pace, and working together to build tools for emotional resilience and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, clients can expect to gain practical tools for regulating their nervous system, building emotional resilience, and developing deeper self-awareness. I help clients explore their internal world with curiosity and compassion—supporting them in unlearning harmful patterns, strengthening boundaries, and reconnecting with their values.

Whether we’re processing trauma through EMDR, exploring parts work through Internal Family Systems, or working through stuck points with Motivational Interviewing, clients leave sessions feeling more empowered, grounded, and aligned with who they truly are.

Over time, many clients report an increased ability to manage stress, improved communication in relationships, a more peaceful relationship with their body, and greater clarity in navigating life’s transitions.
