Great to meet you!

I wholeheartedly believe it’s my role as a therapist to assist you in realizing, cultivating, and accessing the internal and external resources that you already possess. I'm here to support you in healing, reconnecting and making empowering choices to achieve peace and feel more joy on a daily basis. Stress, conflict, and pain are given aspects of this life. Together, we will create a safe space for vulnerability and strength; both are needed for change.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is only successful within the relationship that is built between clinician and client(s). At the heart of the "work" is a sense of belonging that is the gel of the therapeutic relationship. I utilize an eclectic approach to sessions, depending on the needs of my clients. Some of my most utilized approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Family Systems and Mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

Our sessions will allow you to move through stuck points in your mind, relationships and environment. My approach is empathic, direct, emotionally supportive and solutions focused. You should expect to have a stronger understanding of your self, others and the world as a result of therapy.
