Great to meet you!

Life is relationship. Most people come to therapy because something in their relationships no longer feels the way they want it to. You may feel misunderstood by your partner, disconnected from your family, overwhelmed by work, or simply alone. You may long for more harmony, greater peace, or a deeper sense of connection. Whatever brings you here, you don't have to work through it alone. Together, we can explore what's getting in the way and help you move toward a life that feels more satisfying, connected, and true to who you are.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals and couples. Together, we explore and clarify your needs while gently identifying relationship patterns- some that may no longer serve you- sometimes patterns that began long ago. As we better understand them, I can help you to cultivate healthier responses and move your relationships forward. My focus is on helping you communicate more clearly and kindly, establish healthy boundaries, become more present, and feel more fully yourself. I draw from a variety of tools, including Relational Life Therapy (RLT)work, mindful living, and approaches that support lasting personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation. It's a chance for me to hear your story, understand what brings you to therapy, and learn what you hope will be different in your life and relationships. We'll begin exploring your goals together and decide where to start. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and encouraged that meaningful change is possible.
