Great to meet you!

Hello, I am Rebecca and I became a therapist during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was definitely trial by fire. I graduated with my MSW in 2022 and received my LCSW in 2025. I work well with clients who want to heal from past trauma, overcome chronic symptoms of depression and/or anxiety, and those with ADHD. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and will be your fiercest advocate and ally during your therapy journey.

My approach to therapy

I meet clients where they are and prioritize their personal goals for mental wellness. I spend time building a trusting relationship with clients to ensure they feel seen, heard, understood, and respected while we are working together. I take a big picture, holistic approach to client challenges and use a variety of interventions and clinical recommendations to support a client's therapeutic journey.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, a client can expect to have a chance to share with me why they have initiated therapy, what challenges they are experiencing currently or previously, and as much about their personal history as they feel comfortable sharing. We will then work together to identify 3-4 therapeutic goals to work towards and agree to a consistent meeting schedule.
