Great to meet you!

About Me:

I specialize in anxiety disorders (Generalized, OCD and Panic) and ADHD.

Clients often describe me as warm, humorous, and easy to talk to. I take pride in offering thoughtful medication management while also sharing lifestyle strategies to support overall wellness. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, supported, and confident that you’re in good hands.

My approach to therapy

My approach is all about teamwork and balance—I use medications thoughtfully, whether that means adding, adjusting, or simplifying/de-prescribing, so medications truly fit your life but do not change who are. My style is friendly, upbeat but also down to earth. I believe the best care happens when clients feel comfortable, supported, and ... maybe even a little excited about the plan!

What you can expect from me

In initial appointments, clients should expect a very thorough evaluation focused on establishing and ruling out diagnoses. We will discuss your med and psych history and we will talk about your current goals and expectations. When a client has a complex psychiatric presentation, I will schedule another 60 minute follow up for a few days later so we can finish our eval and make a plan. We’ll work together to create a plan that feels supportive and realistic, with a focus on what will truly help you feel better!

One important thing to know before scheduling: if you currently take a controlled medication, or think you may need one as part of your treatment, you will need to see me in person in Kingston Springs, TN shortly after your first appointment. Please make sure you are comfortable traveling to Kingston Springs for an in-person visit if needed. If you live outside the Middle Tennessee Area and take a controlled medication, my practice may not be the best fit for you because pharmacies may not fill controlled medication prescriptions from me based on your distance from me.
