Great to meet you!

Family life can be deeply rewarding—but it can also be one of the hardest things we do. Whether you’re a parent feeling overwhelmed, a child struggling with big emotions, or a family facing constant conflict, I’m here to help you find balance, connection, and relief. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where each family member feels seen, heard, and understood.

As an Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist, I specialize in helping children and families navigate challenges related to emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, and neurodivergence.

Many of the families I work with are dealing with issues such as behavioral challenges, anxiety in children, peer conflict, school stress, or family transitions. I help parents understand the “why” behind their child’s behavior and guide them in responding with patience, structure, and empathy instead of frustration or guilt.

Parenting can often feel isolating, especially when strategies that worked before suddenly stop working. I help parents build confidence in their ability to connect with and guide their children, no matter the situation.

I believe that families thrive when everyone feels supported—and that small, consistent changes can make a big difference. You don’t have to face these challenges alone.

Together, we’ll identify what’s working, unpack what’s not, and develop a plan that helps your family move toward greater harmony and well-being.

If you’re ready to create more peace and understanding in your home, I would be honored to help you begin that journey.

My approach to therapy

Using evidence-based approaches such as Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Play Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I help families develop tools for communication, emotional expression, and problem-solving. I also provide direct support to parents who are navigating the emotional demands of raising a child with special needs or behavioral differences.

What you can expect from me

Together, we can transform stressful family challenges into opportunities for growth and connection for everyone. My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to your unique family dynamic.
