Great to meet you!

Houston TX is a vibrant, diverse, multi-cultural city. I work with many individuals/couples/families, senior citizens, ethnically and racially diverse clients, and LGBTQ community.

Mental health care is critical for underserved and non-traditional groups - often needing experienced and specialized skills to provide awareness and strategies that can support clients in these challenging times.

Modalities include Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance/Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and talk/person centered therapy.

My approach to therapy

Clients come to therapy with mental health concerns, having some understanding of how they’ve navigated life up to this point yet realizing situations/circumstances have changed and they would like to consider new tools that can help where they are today.

Life changes, we change, those we love and care about change - so doesn’t it make sense taking time for yourself, talking through current life events and considering your own needs in a safe, supportive professional environment would be a good place to reflect and process these dynamics, struggles and growth opportunities.

Relationship health, family/community healthy interactions are as important as our own needs - especially in trying times.

Self-care is important - let’s meet and focus on you for a while. Get some relief, some support and insights to improve your quality of life.

You deserve this.....

Modalities may include Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance/Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and talk/person centered therapy.
