Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 26 years of experience, I specialize in guiding individuals, couples, and families through challenges such as trauma, addiction, and high-conflict relationships. My approach is warm yet direct, balancing insightful therapy with actionable strategies. Specializing in relationship therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, addiction treatment and co-dependency issues, I have helped countless individuals, couples and families through some of the most trying periods of their lives. I consider it an honor to work with my clients as I help them navigate anxiety, depression and trauma.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, I blend evidence-based techniques with warmth and humor. I believe the therapeutic relationship we build must be one of trust and safety so that we can do meaningful work together. We will set goals together and work collaboratively to meet them through different therapeutic modalities.
