Great to meet you!

Reaching out is often the hardest first step.

I would love to share about what I offer,

In this work my heart is deeply rooted in walking alongside those navigating some of life's most tender and transformative moments — hospice care, bereavement, mental health, and maternal health.

I believe that every person carries a story worth telling, and sometimes, the most powerful way to tell it isn't through words alone. In our work together, you'll find a space that is non-judgmental and entirely yours — a place where you can show up exactly as you are.

Through the expressive and healing power of art therapy, we'll explore your story in new ways, reconnect with the resilience that already lives within you, and gently uncover new meanings, strengths, and possibilities for a life that feels fulfilling and whole.

You don't need to be an artist. You just need to be yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines art therapy, mind-body practices, somatic and polyvagal work, and working with attachment styles and patterns.

What you can expect from me

At times talking is not enough. Through somatic, mindful, and creative practices transformation can be found. Sessions will meet your personal needs. You will be able to reestablish a healthy connection with your whole self & the world around you through this holistic approach.
