Great to meet you!

Welcome, mid-life singles and couples.

I am currently accepting new couples therapy clients only.

Are you facing loneliness, life transitions, loss of passion, infidelity, trauma, or major disagreements in your relationship? Therapy can help. For many people, mid-life brings unexpected questions about relationships, identity, purpose, and the life they've built. It can be a time of profound change—and tremendous opportunity for growth.

Please note: Health insurance generally does NOT cover therapy for relationship distress or phase-of-life concerns alone. Insurance may be used when treatment is medically necessary for a diagnosable mental health condition. My current practice focuses on relationship and life-transition concerns, so many clients receive services on a private-pay basis.

Fees: $195 for individual therapy and $235 for couples therapy.

Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to study with Master Counselor Demetrios Peratsakis, lead statewide counseling organizations, and train fellow therapists. I now offer concierge-level therapy in Richmond, VA, focused on helping couples and individuals navigate challenges with clarity, insight, and renewed connection.

Nothing is off the table in our sessions. Whether you're rebuilding after betrayal, craving deeper intimacy, feeling invisible in your relationship, or simply wondering what's next, this work is an investment in your future.

You'll find my approach straightforward yet compassionate, blending intelligence, humor, and empathy. I draw from Adlerian theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, using evidence-based strategies tailored to your unique story.

I am nonjudgmental, non-moralistic, and fanatical about applying counseling theory to real-life issues. All types of relationships are welcome.

My approach to therapy

Whether you come as a couple or solo, I offer a path forward. Individual work often starts with a goal—like overcoming burnout—and grows into meaningful change. I bring an intelligent, humorous, and empathetic style, grounded in Adlerian, Cognitive, EFT, and DBT theory. FSA/HSA accepted. Insurance is NOT accepted for couples therapy. Therapy is an investment in yourself and your relationship. Couples sessions start at $225.

What you can expect from me

I genuinely like people and am passionate about counseling, navigating couples dynamics, healing depression or loss, and breaking free of imposter syndrome. In our sessions, we'll target the pain, blending relational and tactical approaches to promote change. Whether we're solving immediate problems or focusing on long-term growth, know you can feel better.
